He was very professional. Trey took the time to explain everything in clear detail and was happy to go into any details I asked about. His approach to giving every home owner the same top notch service regardless of home value is outstanding and much appreciated. My house was listed and sold in less than 24hrs. An exception?, I'm sure, but Trey was dedicated to getting me a fast sale and that was the result. Trey was very good about leading me through the process with great confidence and helped me feel confident about every step as well. Call backs were always prompt. Trey Goff is a gem in the real estate world.
When I first began my house search about 2 years ago, I had some credit issues that needed to be addressed but Trey still showed me the listings of my interest as if I was in a position to buy. Trey is an EXCELLENT realtor and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. He is genuine and made our home search and purchase a joy.
He was professional and knowledgeable. He was very empathetic, and caring. He must have shown us fifty homes, and never onced appeared to be impatient, nor did he rush us. The attention he gave us made us feel as though we were his only clients. We truly felt as though he was looking out for our best interest. I would gladly refer anyone to see Trey for any and all realty needs they had.
I highly recommend him to anyone that may need an agent for buying or selling a home.
We appreciated his calm reassurance and expert advice through out the entire process
No fault of the agent, the first two buyers sucked. By the third attempt, our agent Trey not only found the right buyer but also sold the land at a higher rate than we had negotiated the first two times. The only hiccup had to do with the title company and their lead agent Kimberly who decided, after months of already having done everything she asked, that the POA I had wasn’t good enough for her and wanted me to go, two days before closing, to go complete a whole new POA! She claimed that the first one was only good for the first time we tried to sell the land that fell three because of the buyer. I quickly called and explained to her that the POA was a legal document relating to the sale of this land and it did not have an expiration date! I was livid to even be bothered with such a silly request. From there it turned into her not having made contact with my Grandfather, to whom I was the POA for. Lol she had three months to reach out to him at any point and to bring this up two days before closing was just insane! All of those fives I put, all go to Trey my agent! He was on point and on hand whenever I needed him! Not so much the title agency. In the end they apologized for even mentioning anything two days before closing and the sale went through as planned. Had I not raised hell, however, that would not have been the case. My advice, don’t rely on the title agency to have your best interests in mind. Make sure you stay on top of them!!!
I have already recommended him to others.
